Overcome ClautrophobiaOvercome Claustrophobia Hypnosis

Claustrophobia – the fear of enclosed spaces – can be a terribly incapacitating disorder.

Lots of people think that it involves only elevators or other small spaces, but as a matter of fact, lots of people find they can be overcome by claustrophobia in large spaces.

The predicament often tends to expand so that individuals find they are thinking in advance to avoid any scenarios that may set off their claustrophobia, limiting their life experiences.

All self-limiting beliefs, phobias, and bad habits are simply bad programs buried in the subconscious area of the mind. Willpower is entirely ineffective in dealing with these issues because you are prevented from accessing the source of the problem.

  1. I purchased this audio to prepare for an MRI. I have had MRIs in the past and have become increasingly nervous. The last attempt, I had to be pulled out due to a panic attack and could not complete the scan. I can honestly say that if I had not used this technique and used parts of it in a meditation throughout the test, I would have had another panic attack. I was able to stay in the machine for a total of 45 minutes! I'm amazed. Thanks, Craig!
