Craig Beck’s 421 Journal For Manifesting
Craig Beck’s 421 Journal
You can’t expect to manifest your soulmate and then treat him or her badly. For you to find your perfect partner, the love you receive must be equal to the love you give.
Otherwise, the relationship will stagnate for one or both of you.
This principle applies to everything you manifest using the law of attraction.
If you hoard the extra money you create using the secrets of this book, eventually, the universe will stop responding to your requests for more wealth.
You will have become a blockage in the flow of money; source becomes aware that once money gets to you, it goes no further.
To ensure you get the balance right, I have spent a lot of time working on a way that you can always ensure you give back to source in sufficient quantity so that there is always water flowing into your vessel.
Every morning I sit down with a cup of coffee and I open a very beautiful leather-bound notepad.
Clipped to the side of this pad is a wonderfully elegant silver fountain pen.
This daily diary is called Craig Beck’s 421 Journal. If you are really serious about changing your life, I suggest you do the same thing every day.
Today go and buy a notepad and pen. I find it adds to the routine if you put a little care and attention into the writing materials you are going to be using.
Buy a beautiful notebook and a pen that you like to write with. This routine is going to be an important and magical part of your day, so make sure it feels significant.
The number 421 refers to the balance of giving, sending and receiving you are going to be offering to the universe every day.
It is important that you find a moment of peace and tranquility.
Your focus needs to be completely on the page. If the children are running around the kitchen while you are trying to write or your secretary keeps calling you at your desk, then your attention is broken.
For example, this morning I got up at 5:30 am, long before my kids get up for school. I fed the dogs and cats and made myself a cup of coffee.
Then I sat in silence and opened my journal.
I already knew what I was going to write because I had awoken a few times during the night with thoughts that I instantly decided needed to be in my diary for today.
At the top of a new page, I wrote today’s date, 30th May 2017.
Next, I started to write out four statements of things in my life that I am profoundly grateful for.
I am away from my home in Cyprus at the moment, and I woke up to an SMS message from my partner Daniela that simply said “Good morning, I love you’.
So the first line of my journal today states ‘Thank you for the amazing loving relationship that Daniela and I enjoy so much’.
Next, I write down two things in my awareness that need more love.
I sent my love to my daughter, who is having a tough time at school at the moment, and also to a friend who today will have a biopsy on his lung to check for cancer.
Finally, I wrote down my intention for today, or if you prefer, my instruction to the universe of what I want to be delivered.
This doesn’t have to be an earth-shatteringly large request; it can be big or small.
A steady stream of small manifestations is much more rewarding than taking risks with gigantic requests to win the lottery, etc.
I have some good news and some bad news for you about this whole law of attraction thing.
The bad news is that this is not Aladdin’s lamp.
You can’t wish for anything and WHOOSH it magically appears. Imagine if ten thousand people bought this book and all on the same day they wrote ‘I want to win the lottery today’.
How can the universe generate that many winning tickets? And even if it did, the prize pool would be divided so many times that every single person would be left disappointed.
You are asking the universe to push you in a direction rather than just hand stuff to you on a silver plate.
If you ask to meet your soulmate, the universe will not create a new person from scratch (like in that movie Weird Science), but rather it will start moving two compatible people closer together, motivating you both to be at the same place at the same time and so on.
So you have had the bad news; now for the good. Unlike Aladdin’s lamp, you don’t get just three wishes—you get 365 wishes.
One a day for every day of the year.
Before you ask… yes, you can ask for more than that, but I have found it is better to focus your intention on one a day. Otherwise, you get lost in perpetually ‘wanting’.
When this happens, blockages start appearing.
The 421 Journal is designed to put your primary focus on giving rather than on receiving.
Each day’s entry starts with four expressions of gratitude for what you already have in your life, two gifts of love for someone else and one cosmic order to the universe.
You will come to see this journal as something quite magical in your life, a sacred document.
When I sit down to write in my own 421 Journal, I take the process very seriously. I make sure I am in a quiet place on my own, and before I put pen to paper I sit in silent contemplation for a few moments.
I know that what I write in that book will become reality, so it is worth pausing just for a moment and focusing on what would serve me best.
There is no doubt in my mind that what I have asked for will be delivered, I know that the moment the intention is set, the outcome has already happened—even before the ink dries.
All I have to do next is wait patiently for time to catch up. It’s a bit like sending an ethereal email—once you click send you can’t see where the message is on its journey, and you don’t worry about which part of the Internet is currently hosting your communication.
As soon as you click send an unbreakable chain of events begins.
If you have ever sent an email to entirely the wrong (and most inappropriate) person, then you will know firsthand that it doesn’t matter how many times you click cancel.
That disastrous message has already delivered its payload.
